Khrystyna Mn. is an experienced professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Rolique since November 2021. Previously, as a Recruiter at HR Team from May 2021 to September 2021, Khrystyna managed the entire recruitment process, built candidate pools, and conducted various interview formats. Prior to this, from August 2016 to March 2021, Khrystyna held the position of Head of Department at Zolochiv District Council, where responsibilities included coordinating budget and finance committee activities and managing documentation for assistance programs. Khrystyna holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Ukrainian National Forestry University, earned between 2010 and 2016.
