Alicia Roger is currently a Human Resources Development Officer and Talent Manager at Abylsen, where responsibilities include onboarding, consultant follow-up, satisfaction analysis, annual interview preparation, exit interviews, process improvement, and event organization support since January 2023. Previously, Alicia worked as a Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Officer at pi life sciences consultancy from September 2021 to January 2023 and as a recruitment and digital marketing officer at Yupeek from March 2021 to August 2021, focusing on assisting young talents in finding employment and conducting candidate sourcing. Additional experience includes a role as an Assistante Delivery Performance at Sandvik Coromant in late 2019 and a versatile animator at Nigloland in July 2019. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Talent Management from ICN Business School, a Master’s in Economics and Business Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Master 1 in International Business Law from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy.
