Marta Nováková has been working in the quality assurance industry since 2004, when they began their career at MAKRO Cash & Carry CR as a Quality Specialist. Marta then moved up to Quality Manager Ultra Fresh Food and Head of Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for setting up and managing quality control systems, implementing the IFS standard, and developing the suppliers assessment system. Marta was also responsible for managing the quality control of Ultra Fresh products at distribution centers and customer service projects. In 2019, they became the Quality Assurance Manager at Rohlik.cz.

Marta Nováková attended the Gymnázium Jilemnice from 1993 to 1999, completing six years of study. Marta then attended the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague) from 1999 to 2004, where they earned an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Food Chemistry & Analytics.
