Adrianne McCullars, Ph.D., serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Services for Service Area C at Rogers Behavioral Health since August 2017, following roles as Senior Clinical Director and Associate Clinical Director. Adrianne supervises intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, leads clinical staff training in various therapeutic interventions, and is a Certified Instructor for the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program. Additionally, Adrianne operates McCullars Psychological Services, LLC, providing psychological screenings, critical incident stress debriefing, and policy development. Previous experience includes a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of South Florida and health service psychology internship at Kansas State University. Adrianne earned a Ph.D. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from the University of South Alabama, where a Master of Science in Applied Psychology was also obtained. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
