Randall Rentfro, PE, serves as Team Leader at Rodgers Consulting since June 2018, overseeing an intradisciplinary team dedicated to land use battles and property entitlements, particularly in Montgomery County and the City of Gaithersburg. As a Senior Engineer, Randall leads projects involving complex land development and entitlement, collaborating with planners, engineers, and landscape architects. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Civil Engineering Designer at Dewberry, as well as an Engineer at Cherry Hill Construction, where involvement in large-scale projects such as runway developments and the WMATA Silver Line occurred. Randall holds a Master of Engineering in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, complemented by studies at Montgomery College.
