Florian Feltes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Florian co-founded Zortify in 2018 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. In 2019, they became a Professor at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences. Florian also worked as a Supervisor for Industry Research Projects at Hyper Island starting in 2015. Florian served as a Lecturer at CBS Cologne Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they were a Doctoral Researcher in Development and Interaction at the University of Luxembourg from 2013 to 2016. Florian also held the position of Doctoral Researcher and Manager for Learning & Development at Buhr & Team Akademie für Führung und Vertrieb AG from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at the same company from 2012 to 2013.

Florian Feltes obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the field of Science of Education from the University of Luxembourg between 2013 and 2016.
