Nilda Castro is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in information technology and quality management. Currently serving as the LA COE Project Manager Team Lead at Rockwell Automation since July 2022, Nilda previously held the position of Project Manager Team Leader at International Paper, where responsibilities included overseeing projects across Mexico and Chile, stakeholder engagement, and implementing technology solutions. Prior to this, Nilda worked as an independent consultant for quality systems and information technology, and held academic positions teaching IT, Quality, and Management at multiple universities. Nilda's early career includes roles in IT management and project coordination at M&G Polimeros Mexico and Grupo Kuo, complemented by a strong educational background in Information Systems and Quality Assurance from prestigious institutions in Mexico.
