Concurrently, Garland has held a role in business development at Maricap LLC since June 2018, concentrating on high-quality investment opportunities in the legal cannabis and hemp sectors. Additionally, Garland has been the Senior VP of Business Development at FIG Tree Capital Ventures, LLC since May 2015, where the focus is on creating hard asset-based portfolios for high net worth investors across various sectors, including real estate, technology, and energy.
