Niddhi Bajaj has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2018. Niddhi began their career as a Dental Assistant at Viva Dental Smiles in 2018, followed by a role as a Health Relationship Manager and Medical Officer for camps at Educure in the same year. In 2019, they were a Dentist at Surya Hospitals, an Ambassador at Public Health Post, a Student Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and a Mental Health Worker at the AMC Student Health Promotion Committee. In 2020, they were an Oral Health Manager at Viva Dental Smiles, a Social Media Contributor at Covidsmart, and is currently serving as the Director of Dentalthon Operations at Rockridge Mobile Health.

Niddhi Bajaj received their Graduate Certificate in Public Health Sciences from the University of Colorado Denver in 2020. Niddhi also attended the Colorado School of Public Health in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their BDS from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Deemed University in Karad. Her educational background began with their SSC from St. Pauls High School in 2004-2009.
