Rachel Lively's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Rachel started their career at the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence as a Shelter Advocate from June 2013 to August 2014. Rachel then joined Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare as an Office Specialist in 2014. In 2015, they worked at HIMG (Huntington Internal Medicine Group) as a PCMH Intern and later became an Assistant Clinical Manager from May 2016 to September 2016. In 2016, they joined Valley Health Systems, Inc., where they held multiple positions, including MAT Program Coordinator from September 2016 to January 2017, Administrator of Behavioral Health Operations from January 2017 to July 2019, Chief of Staff/Chief Transformation Officer from July 2019 to October 2022, Chief Advocacy and Access Officer/Service Line Director from October 2022 to present, and Vice President of Community Health Center Operations from September 2023 to present.
Rachel Lively obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Health from Oregon State University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at Marshall University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
