Pablo Fasanella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Head of LatAm Operations at RocketPower since May 2021, Pablo previously held significant roles including Head of Talent at Truelogic Software and Global Delivery Services Recruiting Lead at EY, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, HR program execution, and talent management across various service lines. At EY, Pablo also served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Global HR Consultant, managing projects such as PeopleSoft implementation and HR process improvements.
