Sam Whiteman is an experienced executive in talent innovation and technology partnerships, currently serving as Managing Director ANZ and Head of Strategic Initiatives at SHL since May 2022. Previously, Sam held the position of Chief Of Staff at SmartRecruiters, leading strategic initiatives after a significant funding round. With a solid background at SHL, including roles as Head of Talent Acquisition Solutions and leading Product Strategy and Corporate Development, Sam has extensive expertise in market strategy and execution in the HR technology sector. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner) in partnerships and sales, as well as positions in high-profile companies such as Posse, RP Data, Virgin Money, and National Australia Bank. Education includes a program at HKUST Business School.
