Andrew Tassinari has extensive work experience in operations management and product management. Andrew worked as an Operations Manager at Rocket Money, formerly known as Truebill. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Surfline\Wavetrak, Inc., where they managed a team of 11 people and oversaw a global network of 1000+ cameras. During their tenure, they successfully led the expansion efforts of camera installations and set a company record for the most camera installs in a single year. Andrew also worked as a Senior Consultant and Data Analyst at Field Day, where they advised leadership on building an efficient operations team and conducted various individual projects. Andrew developed standard operating procedures (SOP) to create repeatable processes. Before that, Andrew held multiple roles at Second Spectrum, Inc., including Global Director of Operations and Product Manager. Andrew scaled and developed high-performing teams globally and managed a core internal tracking product. Additionally, Andrew worked as a Head Manager for the UCLA Men's Basketball team.

Andrew Tassinari has a degree in Mathematics/Applied Science with a focus on Actuarial Plan from UCLA. Their field of study was Applied Mathematics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Coursera, which they obtained in December 2022, "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" from Coursera, also obtained in December 2022, and "Prepare Data for Exploration" from Coursera, obtained in December 2022.
