Ann Chillingworth has over 16 years of experience in operations and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Operations Team Lead at Blueface, a Comcast Business Company, since April 2017. Prior to this role, Ann spent nearly a decade at eir Business Solutions as an Escalation Support liaison, ensuring effective communication between Account Managers, Networks, and customers. Ann's educational background includes an ECDL & A+ in I.T Technology from The Grange Adult Education College, a Diploma in JEB I.T Teaching from Colaiste Ide, and a Fetac Level 5 in Customer Service from Eircom.
