Rach Bonia is a skilled professional with a diverse background in engineering and routesetting. Currently employed as a Routesetter at Rock Spot Climbing Gym since March 2023, Rach focuses on designing safe and challenging climbing routes. Prior experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Meridian Bioscience Inc., where Rach created assembly procedures and assisted with quality assurance. Previous positions include work as a Reliability Engineering Technician at Siemens Healthineers, Electromechanical and Electrical Laboratory Assistant at Wentworth Institute of Technology, and Quality and Operations Support at Metrigraphics. Rach began a career with a co-op at ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer and contributed as a Social Innovation Engineer during a project for the Boston Children's Museum. Rach holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completed between 2015 and 2021.
