Steve Sawyer is an experienced project and construction manager specializing in various sectors, including K12 education, transportation, and municipal permitting. Currently serving as the Senior Project & Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative at Rock Project Management Services, L.L.C. since December 2021, Steve has held key roles in previous companies such as Program Director at Red Barn Group, Inc., Project Director for Vanir Construction Management, Inc., and Property Asset Project & Acquisition Manager at TransWest Transportation. With a strong background in real estate management, right-of-way advisory services, and facilities management, Steve has effectively overseen substantial portfolios and projects, demonstrating expertise in capital development, tenant relations, and community outreach.
