Monika Sauer is an experienced Learning and Development Program Manager at HolcimUS since January 2022, with a strong background in training and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives from a previous role as Training Specialist and Learning & Development Committee Lead at True Value Company from October 2017 to January 2022. Prior to this, Monika served as Executive Assistant to the President at AkzoNobel from March 2016 to January 2017 and held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant / Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from June 2003 to March 2016. Monika holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
