Richard Ciullo is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in regional management and environmental science. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Rochester Midland Corporation since May 2023, Richard previously held the position of Regional Manager at NCH from July 2006 to March 2023. Richard also worked as District Manager at Ashland Chemical between 1995 and 2006. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey, where studies were completed from 1979 to 1984.
