Johan Jansson has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Johan is currently the Head of Software Engineering & Co-Founder at Roch Society, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Booking.com from June 2015 to December 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer and Product Owner Connectivity. From October 2014 to May 2015, Johan worked as a Technical Consultant at Medius. Before that, they were a Softadmin® consultant at Multisoft Consulting Sweden AB from September 2013 to September 2014, where they developed web-based customer customized business solutions. Johan also has experience working at Ericsson, where they held various roles including SW&HW Developer, Test Leader, and Integration & Verification Engineer from 2007 to 2013.

Johan Jansson attended Uppsala University from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering Physics. In 2004 and 2005, they completed a thesis in Physics at Uppsala University. In 2013, Johan obtained a certification in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Database Development from Addskills.
