Brady LaMott is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and process engineering, currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Miller Manufacturing since September 2012. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, conducting research and design, and leading multiple projects. LaMott has notable achievements such as developing and patenting a tool for beekeeping, refining processes using LEAN concepts, and performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
