Ari Staiman serves as President for Roblox China. An international e-commerce and video game industry veteran, he structures strategic relationships with key global partners to drive Roblox’s innovation, growth, and global compliance worldwide.

With over 20 years of business experience, Ari has been President of SEGA Amusement Works and SVP/General Manager of the China and Ireland branches of Borderfree, which enabled online sales in over 220 countries. On the legal side, Ari was GC for SEGA in Tokyo, overseeing Asia, Europe, and the US, and GC for Borderfree, where he saw the company through its financing rounds, IPO, and acquisition.
