Andrea Rich has over 9 years of work experience in various leadership roles and buying positions in the retail industry. Andrea started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Macy's in 2006 and then moved on to become an Assistant Merchandise Manager at DSW in 2009. In 2010, they became a Sales Manager at Macy's, and the following year, they joined Walmart as an Associate Buyer. Andrea then transitioned to IMG Media in 2013, where they served as the Director of Retail Development until 2015. Their last two positions were at Robin Ruth, where they started as the Director of Business Development in 2015 and then became the Director Of Operations Gulf Coast in 2016.

From 2002 to 2006, Andrea Rich attended The University of Georgia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.
