Anton Perov is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in optimizing processes and strategic planning across various industries. Since January 2022, Anton has served as the Chief Operations Officer at 9.Department, focusing on supporting NGOs and government institutions in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion. Concurrently, Anton has been the Chief Operations Officer at Demigos since January 2019, where efforts are directed towards enhancing operational procedures for IT solutions in the real estate sector. Anton's background includes roles as Operations Director at Sleeper, Operations Manager at Petcube, and a Business Intelligence Analyst at Philip Morris International, along with earlier experience in project management and quality assurance. Anton holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and certifications in Full Stack Web Development.
