Karen Murtaugh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at RML Specialty Hospital since July 2004, serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Executive Director of Human Resources, and previously as Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager and Compensation & Benefits Leader. Prior to this, Karen worked at Advocate Health Care from July 1989 to July 2001 as a Human Resources Professional. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago (1991-1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Eastern Illinois University (1982-1986).
