Jim MacDougall is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Proximie, leading global HR delivery. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of VP People at Revolut, where Jim implemented a new compensation strategy and led a successful Culture and Engagement program. Previously, Jim also worked at Amazon as a Director overseeing HR services transformation and at UBS as a Global Project Manager. With an MBA from 2005 to 2007, Jim brings a wealth of experience in HR operations and transformation to their current role.
