Barbara Van Caubergh has a diverse work experience. From 2008 to the present, they held various roles at RMB Regie Media Belge, including Head of Data & Insights (VIBE) and Marketing Operations Supervisor. Their responsibilities included managing and exploiting data related to the RMB portfolio, analyzing and visualizing data insights, trendwatching, and developing predictive models. From 2006 to 2008, Barbara worked as Deputy Project Manager at CIM vzw/ CIM asbl, and from 2005 to 2006, they worked as a recruiter and team leader at DDF Direct-Dialogue-Fundraising.

Barbara Van Caubergh's education history includes a variety of courses and programs. In 1998, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Communications from IHECS. Later, in 2003, they pursued a Diploma of Advanced Studies in International Cooperation from the Université libre de Bruxelles. Continuing their education, Barbara attended several training courses in different areas. In 2009, they completed the Media School Advanced program on media strategy at GRP Media. The same year, they also completed a course on personal productivity at PENTA. In 2010, they attended a presentation skills course called "Présentationpuissance 3" offered by Kluwer Formation. Also in 2010, Barbara completed a team coaching program at the Mentaly Fit Institute. In 2011, they attended a practical time management course at Beci. In 2012, they expanded their knowledge by completing courses in process communication at Tholine Consult and in transitioning from authority to coaching at Penta Management. In 2014, they attended an advanced PowerPoint training at International Web Services. Moreover, in 2015, Barbara participated in a digital training program offered by BMMA. Moving on to 2017, they completed the Advanced Communication Strategy Management course at CommPass. In 2018, Barbara focused on big data and business value, enrolling in programs such as "Creating Business Value with Big Data" at Vlerick Business School and "Understanding the Opportunities Linked to Data in Business" at HUB Institute. Additionally, they took a course on the new rules for data protection at Kluwer Formation during the same year.
