Rita Estes is a seasoned professional in the insurance and project management sectors, currently serving as a Senior Marketing Analyst at RLI Insurance Company since 2005, where responsibilities include developing and supporting the company intranet on Office 365 and authoring content for the external customer portal. Previously, Rita held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst in Solutions Delivery and Manager of the Service Desk, overseeing a team that supports approximately 750 associates and external agents.
