Thomas Bator is a Structural Engineer at RJM Engineering, Inc. since June 2013, with prior experience at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) as an ESTI in 2012 and 2011, where responsibilities included surveying road conditions and inspecting guide rail functionality in Berks County, PA. Earlier roles include serving as an Engineering Camp Counselor at Wilson High School in 2009, where Thomas led engineering activities for youth, and working as a Traffic Counter for Design Support Services in 2007, analyzing traffic flow for street light functionality. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, awarded in 2013.
