Albatool Alhussini, PMP, has extensive experience in digital channels and technical support, currently serving as the Associate Digital Channels Officer at Riyad Capital since March 2013. In this role, Albatool manages the prompt resolution of e-channel malfunctions and oversees the implementation of changes to user interfaces and web content, while also participating in the testing of new applications and solutions. Prior to this position, Albatool held roles including Supervisor of Technical Support and Customer Relations Officer at Specialist Medical Care Center, along with a background as a Laboratory Technician. Albatool holds a Bachelor's degree from King Saud University and has obtained General Securities Qualification Certificates through CME-1 and CME-2.
