I-Shuan Tsung has over 14 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Co-op Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Apple as a CPU Design Verification Engineer, where they gained experience in managing functional verification teams and leading projects related to CPU core design. Subsequently, they served as a CPU Design Verification Manager at Apple from 2016 to 2021, overseeing CPU core level projects and driving the development of DV methodologies. They joined Rivos Inc. in 2021 as a Senior Design Verification Engineer. Prior to their time at Apple, they worked briefly as a Contract RTL Design Engineer at the Institute for Information Industry in 2009, where they focused on designing GPU shader cores for mobile devices.

I-Shuan Tsung pursued their education, starting in 2000 at National Chiao Tung University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering in 2004. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the same institution. Following their undergraduate studies, I-Shuan Tsung continued their academic journey at The University of Texas at Austin. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
