Fox Machado has an extensive work experience across multiple industries. They started their career in 2016 as a Project Management and A&R Lead at Arcadia Inclusive Records and Music Publishing, where they supported various projects and initiatives. In 2017, they became the CEO of Metatron Music Group, a community-focused record label and publishing company. They also worked as a Strategic Advisor and Digital Marketing Consultant for the same company, promoting values-based branding and supporting underrepresented artists in the music industry.

In 2018, Fox Machado joined Frank Machado & Associates, where they held roles such as Client Advocate and Brand Strategist. They assisted clients with inquiries and proposed new support strategies that increased client retention. They also initiated digital ad campaigns and created new branding profiles for clients.

In 2019, they worked as an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper at Frank Machado and Associates, Inc., before transitioning to Hip Hop For Change, Inc. in 2021. At Hip Hop For Change, they served as a Grassroots Officer and later as a Social Media Coordinator.

In 2021, Fox Machado also worked as an Assistant Facilitator for Meenadchi's NVC in the Context of White Supremacy course. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Riverside Payments as an Account Executive, where they help small business owners save on credit card processing rates.

From 2016 to 2020, Fox Machado attended Berklee College of Music. During this time, they focused on studying songwriting and creative entrepreneurship.
