Jessica Ann Torrevillas has extensive experience in technical support roles, currently serving as a Helpdesk Officer at NCH Software since 2011. Prior to this position, Jessica worked as a Technical Support representative at Convergys from June 2010 to February 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 2010.
