Beiwei Tu has over 25 years of experience in risk management, environmental health and safety, and industrial hygiene. They most recently served as the Director of Risk Management for the Riverside Community College District, where they managed various programs and departments related to risk and insurance. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Risk Management at California State University-San Bernardino, where they focused on building support for environmental health and safety initiatives. They also served as the Safety and Industrial Hygiene Manager at UC Riverside, where they achieved significant reductions in injuries and worker's compensation costs. Beiwei Tu has extensive experience in developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk analyses, managing regulatory compliance, and leading safety committees. They have also held roles at Walt Disney World, Environ International Corp, AXT Optoelectronic, EHS2 LLC, and ConocoPhillips Petroleum Company.
