Kate Tompkins currently serves as the Vice President of Member Experience for Women in Business at Baylor University, overseeing a team focused on faith and wellness, alumni relations, mentorship, and leadership development. In addition, Kate holds the position of Director of Recruitment for Women in Business, actively engaging in outreach to recruit new members. Kate is also a Consultant for Standard Hat Works, where responsibilities include analyzing marketing strategies and enhancing brand awareness, and a brand ambassador for Kendra Scott, promoting the company’s values on campus. As Vice President of Events for the Circle of Sisterhood Foundation, Kate manages event planning to support women's education initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Computer Lab Assistant at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, a server at Red Door Woodfired Grill and Jose Pepper's Restaurants, and a swim coach for Deer Creek Dolphins. Kate is pursuing a degree at Baylor University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
