Shensong Jiang has a long history of working in the software engineering and development fields. Shensong started in 1996 as a Software Engineer at VTLS Inc., where they worked on developing a server engine of a new-generation three-tier client server architecture and an integrated library automation system. In 2002, they worked as an Application Development Consultant at E-Needs Inc. and as a Software Engineer at JCH Inc., where they developed and managed major B2C web sites, developed B2B web applications, and maintained B2B web sites. In 2006, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst III at UCLA Health, where they developed and maintained Zope/Plone CMS for the UCLA Health System. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Python Developer at Google, Cielo MedSolutions LLC, Agfa Graphics, and Catalina Marketing. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Python Developer at Rivers Agency, where they have developed a new Django application for UNC School of Pharmacy, Plone modules for a large scale long running training application, and oversaw the transition to Plone 5.

Shensong Jiang holds two Master of Science (M.S.) degrees, one in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and one in Technological System Management from Stony Brook University.
