Elizabeth Edelman is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Mindful Health Solutions since May 2022. With a robust background in managing complex business transactions, regulatory affairs, litigation, and corporate governance, Elizabeth has held various prominent positions, including General Counsel and Compliance and Privacy Officer at RiverMend Health, as well as Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at CAN Capital. Previous roles include Axiom Lawyer, EVP and General Counsel at Swett & Crawford, and General Counsel at RBC Centura and RBC Bank, among others. Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
