Trace Carmichael currently serves as a Network Analyst II and Network Support Specialist Lead at Ritter Communications, where responsibilities include provision, deployment, and troubleshooting of VoIP, data solutions, and cloud firewalls for business customers. With experience in escalation support for multiple levels of network specialists, Trace has demonstrated expertise in networking protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS. Prior roles at Walmart included various leadership positions focused on team and departmental management. Trace holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Technology from Arkansas State University-Newport, completed between 2017 and 2019.
