Brittany Zenger is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing remote and distributed teams. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Zapier since February 2022, Brittany oversees the core customer experience related to automated no-code workflows. Prior to this role, Brittany was with Salesforce for over seven years, where responsibilities included leading various engineering teams, focusing on inclusive team building, and delivering scalable products such as the Tableau CRM Data Platform and Einstein Analytics. Brittany began the career at Safe Software, contributing to multi-platform C++ development and performance improvements for geometry processing. Academically, Brittany holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Computing Science, along with a Certificate in Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University.
