Valerie Bratton currently serves as the National Administrative Manager and Corporate PM for National Accounts at RiteRug Flooring, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Valerie was the General Manager at Real Floors from August 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing customer service, scheduling, payroll, and administrative services. Earlier in the career, Valerie worked as a Manager/Installer at Watkins Installation from 2001 to August 2010, focusing on the installation of commercial and residential flooring, along with payroll, billing, and scheduling.
