Wayne Bendistis is a seasoned professional in the fields of agriculture and cannabis, currently serving as the Director of Extraction and Cultivation at Floyd's of Leadville since 2019. As the Founder of PhytoGenesis since 2014, Wayne Bendistis specializes in developmental and educational consultation focused on regenerative and organic agriculture, with an emphasis on cannabis and hemp. Wayne Bendistis also served as the Director of Cultivation at Agri-Kind Hemp from January 2018 to September 2018, overseeing the cultivation of 65 acres of hemp for a PDA research program. Additionally, from June 2011 to March 2018, Wayne Bendistis contributed to ecosystem management at Hands On Health, where efforts were directed towards developing a sustainable food system through the utilization of animals for fertility enhancement and land management.
