Michael A Shaw has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Michael A currently holds the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at Rite-Hite since November 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Recruiting Manager at the same company from January 2018 to November 2021, where they coordinated recruiting activities for various departments and developed recruitment programs.

Before that, Michael worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Rite-Hite from January 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for global recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and retention programs. Michael A started their career at Rite-Hite as a Human Resources Representative from January 2011 to December 2015.

In addition to their roles at Rite-Hite, Michael Shaw also founded and served as the Bowl Game Director of D3 Midwest Bowl Series since July 2021. This event features NCAA Division III postseason football games and is managed by their own LLC.

From 2006 to 2010, Michael A Shaw pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
