Cindy Dubois is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, talent acquisition, and social relations. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Groupe SEB since June 2022, Cindy previously worked at Toyota Belgium as an HR Business Partner for the Belux region from October 2019 to June 2022. Cindy's career includes significant roles at IKEA Group as a Social Relations Specialist and at Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in recruitment and HR organization. Early career involves positions in selection and recruitment consultancy as well as psychological support within a clinical setting. Cindy holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from KU Leuven and is pursuing a complementary Master’s in Human Resources at ICHEC Entreprises, complemented by professional training in social legislation.
