Nathanael Chan has a diverse work experience, starting as a Private Tutor in 2020 and later working as an Expansion & Growth Associate at Zapp in 2021. Nathanael then joined Rita Data in 2023 as the Head of Growth. Prior to these roles, Nathanael gained experience in analytics and sales at Bloomberg LP in 2019 and worked in hospitality and bar staff positions at Lingfield Park Resort from 2017 to 2019. Nathanael also served on the Regional Youth Board at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust in 2016 and gained work experience at Zijin Mining Group and Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust in the same year and in 2015 respectively.

Nathanael Chan attended Whitgift School from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After completing their secondary education, Nathanael enrolled at the University of Nottingham in 2017 and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have also obtained certifications in Piano Grade 7 from ABRSM and Violin Grade 8 from the same institution.
