Arvind Shajapurkar currently serves as the Head of Engineering Operations at Rishabh Software since December 2020, overseeing engineering service operations. Prior to this role, Arvind held positions such as Head of Engineering at Shiva Engineering Services, General Manager at Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and HOD of Piping at SNC-Lavalin, where responsibilities included leading various Oil & Gas projects. Arvind also worked as the Head of Special Projects at Larsen & Toubro Integrated Engineering Services, focusing on project management and business development in the oil & gas sector, and served as a Manager at Mazagon Dock Ltd., specializing in the design of marine structures and ships. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed a course in Piping Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
