Lina Restrepo is an experienced professional in sourcing and product development with a strong background in textiles and inventory management. Currently serving as a Sourcing & Product Development Consultant at Rise Collective Consultants since October 2022, Lina's previous roles include Director of Global Sourcing & Inventory at Sonder Inc. and Director of Sourcing at Pottery Barn Kids, where management of a $15M textiles sourcing business and collaboration with overseas offices were key responsibilities. Lina also held significant positions at Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and Gap, Inc., and operated a Pilates studio while managing all business aspects. Lina earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Loyola Marymount University.
