Mark Young has extensive experience in retail management and hiring, currently serving as the Hiring Manager for Mardel Christian & Education since June 2015, where responsibilities include hiring Co-Managers for all stores. Mark has also held the role of Hiring Manager/Talent Manager for Hobby Lobby since March 1998, overseeing recruitment in several states. Previous positions include Store Manager at Hobby Lobby from 1996 to 1998 and Store Director at Wal-Mart from 1980 to 1996. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
