Max Shpilband is a Senior Analyst at Rios Partners since August 2023, with a prior role as a Quantitative Analyst at the Center for Education Design, Evaluation, and Research from September 2022 to September 2023, where significant analysis on low-income student outcomes was conducted. Previous experience includes project leadership at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, managing interns and presenting comprehensive database findings at a summit. Earlier roles involve data analysis and visualization for Global Detroit, research assistance at the University of Michigan, and coaching at U.S. Figure Skating. Max holds dual master's degrees in Public Policy and International Regional Studies from the University of Michigan, along with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics.
