Marianne Hoareau is an experienced manager in maintenance planning and engineering, with a career spanning various roles at leading companies such as Rio Tinto and Alcoa. Currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance Planning & Engineering at Rio Tinto since December 2014, Marianne has held multiple managerial positions, including overseeing large teams responsible for maintenance of heavy mobile equipment and fixed plants at various mine sites. With expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, Marianne also possesses a strong educational background, including a Master of Business Administration and multiple diplomas in areas such as manufacturing and human resources from Deakin University and other institutions.
