Roberto Maia is an experienced I&C Engineer O&M at PRISMECS since September 2022, previously serving as Coordenador de manutenção at Aenergy, SA from April 2017 to September 2022, and in the same capacity at Inotec-Energia, Ambiente e comunicação S.A from August 2014 to April 2017. At Inotec, Roberto was responsible for the technical operations and maintenance of thermal power plants in Angola, overseeing a variety of systems including turbines, compressors, and control systems. Earlier roles include Supervisor de O&M at Linhares Geração and Specialist in Energy Generation at Js Global, where responsibilities involved mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance for a 300MW power generation facility. Roberto holds degrees in Project Management from Unijorge, Engineering in Automation and Control from Unip, and a Technical Mechanics diploma from CEFET-AM, along with additional education at Santo Agostinho and Unifacs.
