Karl Johan Kolltveit has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-direktør at Ringnes AS since February 1998. Previous roles at Ringnes AS include Personal og organisasjonssjef and Personalsjef. Prior to this, Karl Johan Kolltveit worked as a Teamleader at Befalets Fellesorganisasjon from 1994 to 1998 and served as an Offiser in the Norwegian Armed Forces from 1984 to 1994.
